The following persons have the right to buy in the e-shop:

  • Natural persons with legal capacity who have reached the age of majority;
  • Legal entities;
  • Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians.

The agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer orders a shopping cart, fills in the contact and delivery address, gets acquainted with the Seller’s rules and clicks the “Confirm” order button. The Seller has the right to change or to supplement the rules. The Buyer is informed about this on the e-shop website.

Protection of personal data

  • The Seller undertakes to protect and not disclose the Buyer’s personal data.
  • By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that his/her personal data will be processed in the
  • Seller’s e-shop for the purpose of sale, and notifications on the fulfilment of the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
  • The Seller has the right to suspend the Buyer’s use of the e-shop without notice if the Buyer tries to compromise the security of the Seller’s e-shop.
  • When registering in the e-shop, the Buyer must provide complete and correct data. If the data was provided false or inaccurate, the Seller has the right to immediately cancel the order or restrict the Seller’s actions in the e-shop.

 Payment procedure for goods:

  • The Buyer can buy in the e-shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • After the Buyer confirms the order and the Seller contacts the Buyer, payment must be made immediately. The term of delivery of the goods begins after the payment is received.

 Delivery of goods:

  • The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
  • The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself personally. In case that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
  • The goods are delivered by the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or the goods can be picked up at the Lithuanian Post Office.
  • The Seller shall be released from liability for breach of time limits if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
  • If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must indicate his remarks in the delivery document submitted by the courier or create a separate report on these damages. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. In case of failure to perform the above actions, the Seller is released from liability against the Buyer for damage of the goods related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not indicate in the courier delivery document.
